Publishing and Donations

Publishing a cause on our platform is free of charge, and the cause remains active and visible for a period of 6 months. Every user, whether an individual or a legal entity, can create and support causes. The platform charges a 5% fee on each donation transaction, calculated based on the donation amount. There is no limit to the number of causes uploaded.

Medical Category

In the 'Medical' category, the platform does not charge a commission. Only the fee of the external payment system Stripe is applied, which depends on the amount of the donation. To publish in this category, verification and validation of the account is required through document submission, reviewed by our team. After successful verification, the cause becomes visible to everyone.

Subscription for Legal Entities (Companies)

Legal entities can advertise their business through a monthly subscription of 5 euros. To have the company visible on the 'Companies' page and to benefit from the advertising service, it must have an active subscription and have made a donation within the last month. If either of these conditions is not met, the company will not be visible, but the account remains active and can be restored.

In their profile, the company has the ability to update and edit information about their business – such as descriptions, photos, and contacts. All these changes are automatically reflected on the 'Companies' page, where the company is visible to users. This way, the profile presents up-to-date information about the business and its support for causes across Europe.

For Individuals

Individuals can publish causes for free, which remain active for 6 months. The platform charges a 5% fee on every transaction. The advertising and promotion service is not available for individuals.

Additional Information

The platform works with the international payment system Stripe, which charges a separate fee depending on the country and the donor's card. Donations are paid directly to the causes within 14 days after transaction verification. For user convenience, invoices are issued for all payments made.
